HOUSE DISTRICT 36 Candidate

  • Born and raised in Casper
  • Grew up in a blue collar family and began working as a young boy
  • Attended Casper schools graduating in 1976 from KWHS
  • Graduated from Casper College May 1978
  • Graduated with honors from Chadron State College December 1979
  • Casper Police Department 1980 – 2000
  • Officer of the year 1986
  • Masters degree in public administration from University of Wyoming 1994
  • Retired as the Interim Chief of Police
  • Faculty at Casper College – criminal justice, political science and addictionology since 2000
  • Married to Megan since 1981 with six children five of whom live in Wyoming and nineteen grandchildren who all live in the state.
